What's Our Shipping Policy?
Free Standard Shipping is available Australia-wide on all orders over $60 through Australia Post.
We also offer Free Express Shipping on all orders over $120 through Australia Post. For all other orders, we have a flat rate shipping fee of $8.99.
All orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse. No dropshipping, no third-parties.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order (except on weekends and public holidays).
You will receive an email confirming your order once payment has been approved and another email with your tracking information once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, it's estimated to reach you within the following timeframes (standard parcel shipping):
- New South Wales: 2-4 business days
- Australian Capital Territory: 2-4 business days

- Victoria: 3-5 business days
- South Australia: 4-6 business days
- Tasmania: 4-6 business days
- Western Australia: 5-7 business days
- Northern Territory: 7-11 business days
Please note: Although Australia Post quote us these expected delivery times, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
